When you protect (Bledsoe), the sky's the limit, ... He's playing with a little chip on his shoulder. And when he does that, wow.

I'm a ten-year vet now. I pretty much want to go out and win football games.

That's a good way to put it, last, best chance, ... Because it doesn't get any better. I go from [ Drew ] Bledsoe to [ Brett ] Favre . Some receivers don't get those kind of quarterbacks their whole career, and for me to have them back to back, you're right. This is probably my best , last chance. It doesn't get any better than Favre. So this is my best , last chance.

As an offense, ... we felt we had to go out and hit 'em in the mouth.

They played like they wanted it more than we did. Everybody on that team, from the coach to the kicker, wanted to win that game. We didn't really take it to heart, to hit them in the mouth like they hit us in the mouth.

I'm excited about it. I wanted to be here. I'm ready to make this (Super Bowl) run and get started.

What can you do? It was just everything going wrong at once. I'm not making any excuses. If I'm out there, then I expect to make plays. But it's tough when you're hobbling around out on the field.

He was a pretty good corner in Miami in the scheme that they had. I think the scheme that Kansas City plays right now doesn't suit him. He was playing more off [Sunday]. Usually in Miami, he was playing more 'press.' I just think he was all out of whack.

To me, he looks better than ever. I swear, he really does. The ball he throws, it's definitely nice for a receiver. You've got to respect and appreciate a quarterback who knows how to change it up.

Pretty much, ... I'll catch [Favre] talking to me and I'll just be sitting there looking like, 'Man, what do I say?' It's hard. But I'm catching on.

Some quarterbacks and receivers, they're just 'Hey, what's up, and all of that.' But it's kind of different for me. But hopefully I'll get it.

Drew came here to take this team where it needs to be, and that's the same goal I have. It feels good playing with a quarterback who has thrown to me before, and it feels good for him throwing to a receiver he knows.

I felt as an offense that we needed to go out there and hit them in the mouth. The three years I've been here, they've had our number...we just felt like we really had to go out there and be aggressive.

It feels good to be wanted, ... For me to be in the situation I am right now, and be able to feel like I'm still respected and still wanted, things had to happen the way they did last year.

I knew if I got a chance to play with Favre, and play in this green and gold uniform, it'd be [a] chance that I probably would never see again, ... I don't know what they were missing [at receiver] last year, but whatever it is, I'm hoping I can fill that void.

Brett, you can just go talk to him,

One thing about Bill, he's a professional. He's not going to bring any personal things inside this locker room. He either keeps it to himself or handles it with his family. That's how most professionals do things, so I'm not surprised that he handled it the way he wanted to.

If he wanted to fill us in, he would've done that. But he wanted to keep that to himself and handle it with no distractions. You've got to respect a guy like that.

Things had to happen that way for me to be here in Green Bay, ... I did not want to be in New England last year. There was an opportunity for me to get out of New England, and I had to go for it. ... I'm here for a reason. This is the best place for me. This is good for me right here.
